Dr. Wagner received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland in 1963 and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, University of Maryland School of Dentistry in 1966. He completed a general practice residency as an officer in the United States Public Health Service in 1967. Dr. Wagner has provided comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages since he began his practice in Hagerstown in September 1968. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Washington County Dental Society, and the Maryland Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Wagner and his wife, June, have three grown children and live in the Leitersburg area.
