Generally your first appointment with us (except in emergency cases) will include a thorough medical and dental history, complete oral examination, a periodontal evaluation and diagnostic xrays. As a result of this careful examination, we can determine the best treatment plan for you. This plan will tell you what treatment is needed, why it is needed, how much it will cost, and how long treatment will take. If there is more than one method of treatment to be considered, each will be discussed as well as what can be expected from each type of service.
We will try our best to honor your appointment time. Unfortunately, emergencies do occur which may occasionally cause delays in our schedule. If you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice so that someone else may use your appointment time.
Our office hours are: Wednesday and Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
EMERGENCY CARE
We recognize that you can have an emergency situation arise, and we will do our best to respond to your problem promptly. If you do have such an emergency, please call us as early in the day as possible. If the problem arises when the office is closed, call the office to receive instructions as to how to contact the doctor or whomever is on call for the doctor if he is unavailable.
